Gerdau concludes Colombian Diaco divestment
Gerdau has completed the sale of its interest in a joint venture in Colombia, Diaco SA and its subsidiaries, to its partner Grupo Inicia, Kallanish learns from the company. This became possible after the Brazilian steelmaker received approval from antitrust authorities on 14 March based on the fulfilment of all the corresponding conditions.
The company had 49.85% participation in Gerdau Diaco.
