Coking coal tumbles amid uncertainty
Australian fob coking coal prices turned south during the week ended 19 May, as players remained on the sidelines amid uncertainty.
Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $220.45/tonne fob Australia, down $22.09/t from $242.54/t fob the previous week.
On the Singapore Exchange, Premium Coking Coal Futures for June settled at $226.50/t fob on Friday, down $4.5/t from $231/t fob a week earlier.
