US rigs rise by 13, Canada stays flat
The US rig count moved up by double-digits in the week ended 16 October, while the Canadian rig count remained flat, Kallanish reports.
The US rig count increased by 13 net rigs to 282 - still down 569 from last year’s equivalent weekly count.
Rigs geared for oil production increased by 12, while rigs geared for natural gas production increased by one.
