US rigs rise by 10, Canada up 1
Both the US and Canadian rig counts increased in the abbreviated holiday week ended 25 November, Kallanish learns from energy services company Baker Hughes.
The US rig count increased by 10 net rigs to 320, down 482 from last year.
Rigs geared for oil production increased by 10, and rigs geared for natural gas production increased by one. The US lost one rig classified as miscellaneous.
