Turkey’s August HR flats imports decline
Imports of hot rolled flat products into Turkey slipped on-month in August, but eight-month volumes remained higher on-year. Asian suppliers continued to exceed traditional suppliers' exports in August, data published by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) show.
