Rising Iranian billet prices elevate GCC domestic quotes
Gulf Cooperation Council billet producers, encouraged by rising Iranian billet offers, have elevated their prices. This week, Iranian offers are heard at $500-510/tonne delivered in Oman or United Arab Emirates against last week's $470-475/t. Iranian direct reduced iron offers are meanwhile heard at $375/t delivered to buyers' yards in GCC.
