Rio Tinto to increase Gudai-Darri iron ore capacity

Global miner Rio Tinto is seeking to increase production capacity at its newest iron ore mine, Gudai-Darri in the Pilbara of Western Australia, to 50 million tonnes/year at a cost of around $70 million through incremental productivity gains, Kallanish notes.
