Pakistan hikes finished flat prices on costlier inputs
After three consecutive hikes in March, Pakistani finished flat steel producers hiked their cold-rolled and galvanized coil offers by a further PKR 5,856/tonne ($32/t) on 1 April. Pakistan rupee devaluation against the US dollar, along with costlier hot-rolled coil, have led the mills to hike prices, Kallanish notes.
