Mineral Resources’ profit, revenue rise in first half
Australian miner Mineral Resources reported higher profit and revenue in the first half of its 2024 fiscal year, Kallanish notes.
The firm says its net profit rose 33% year-on-year to AUD 518 million ($340m). Revenue grew 7% to AUD 2.51 billion.
The growth is consistent with the firm’s mining services results, increased lithium volumes at lower cost and strong iron ore earnings from improved prices.
