India drives February output growth, China questions remain

Global crude steel production rose 3.7% on-year in February to 148.84 million tonnes; however, Chinese output remained unconfirmed, according to worldsteel data. Indian production continued to surge. Chinese steel output is estimated to have grown 3.5% in February to 81.2mt.
