Japan launches AD probe into Chinese graphite electrodes

Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on Wednesday decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into graphite electrodes imported from China, Kallanish notes.
