CSP’s slab exports decrease in July
Brazilian slab producer Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (CSP) saw its shipments abroad fall in July after hitting a five-year high in the previous month, Kallanish notes.
According to data issued by the local port authority, CSP’s July slab exports reached 210,208 tonnes, down 32.1% on-month and also 15.6% lower versus the 249,111t shipped in July 2021.
