Brazil's flats exports drop in March, except alloys
Brazil’s flat steel exports decreased month-on-month in March following a recovery in February. However, alloy shipments remained a bit higher, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) data, carbon flat-rolled plated and coated steel exports reached 19,800 tonnes in March, compared with 44,100t in February.
