Bowen upgrades Hilalong South resource
Australian coal miner Bowen Coking Coal has reported a 45% upgrade in the resource estimate for its Hillalong South project near Glenden, Queensland on the back of the 2022 exploration programme, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that the 64 million tonne Hillalong South resource was estimated in accordance with the JORC Code (2012) and is classified as 35mt in the indicated category and 28mt in the inferred category.
