COPPER: Brazilian refined exports fall, ores increase in September
Brazilian copper exports decreased in September after having seen sequential growth in the previous month.
According to data from the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic), exports were down 9.1% m-o-m but 46.5% higher y-o-y at 6,850 tonnes. Year-to-date, refined copper exports reached 68,081 t or 8.3% more over the first nine months of last year, Kallanish notes.
