Rising HEV, PHEV sales could beat forecasts: Goldman Sachs
With all-electric (BEV) sales momentum slowing globally, hybrid (HEV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) electric vehicles could perform better than expected, according to Goldman Sachs.
