Vietnamese HRC market winds down for long holiday
The Vietnamese hot rolled coil market virtually stopped last week on the back of the approaching Lunar New Year. There are hardly any offers for HRC because almost all Chinese exporters have taken leave, Kallanish notes. Vietnamese buyers were also in holiday mood.
