US cancels duty on Brazilian steel plate
The United States has decided to no longer apply trade measures on Brazilian carbon steel plate, Kallanish notes.
The Brazilian Ministry of Industry (Secex/MDIC) confirms that the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) decision was announced on 10 January.
Brazilian plate has been levied with a 74.52% ad valorem duty in the US since 1993.
