Ural Steel says new casting machine on schedule
Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ)’s Ural Steel works says all work on the construction of the third casting machine at the electric arc furnace meltshop will be completed on time, says the plant’s general director, Denis Safin.
This will be an important step for the further development of the plant's production capacities. In two years, Ural Steel will be able to produce 2.5 million tonnes/year of crude steel, Kallanish notes.
