Unconventional HRC suppliers eye GCC market
A Vietnamese and another Indian major announced their hot rolled coil offers to tube makers in the Gulf Cooperation Council last week. The bloc's largest re-roller meanwhile closed its 25,000-tonne enquiry with a deal from a Far Eastern supplier at just under $627/tonne effective for end-April dispatch.
