Turkish pipe quotes rise further despite insufficient demand
Turkish pipe producers have further increased their offer prices this week, although demand is not supportive of values.
Pipemakers’ official offers for electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235-grade hot rolled coil were seen on Thursday mostly at $720-755/tonne ex-works theoretical weight, up from $700-740/t last week. Even higher prices were available from some producers.
