TMK improves large-diameter pipe accuracy
Russian pipemaker TMK is implementing improvements to 2,020-2,520mm diameter welded pipe production, Kallanish notes.
Instead of a straight cut, bevelling is done at an angle of 25 degrees, which ensures high accuracy, the enterprise claims.
