Tenaris completes acquisition of Mattr pipe-coating assets
Tubemaker Tenaris has made official the acquisition of most of Toronto-based Mattr’s (ex-Shawcor) pipe coating business unit. The deal has now received all regulatory approvals in Mexico and Norway after the companies announced an agreement on 14 August, Kallanish notes.
