Russia’s MMK increases 9-month steel production
Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) anticipates a traditional seasonal slowdown in demand from the country’s construction sector in the fourth quarter, to be partially offset by consistent demand from other industries, Kallanish notes from forecasts in its operational results issued 18 October.
