Regulator extends CSN’s Usiminas share offload deadline indefinitely

Brazilian competition regulator Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) confirms that local steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) must reduce its minority stake in fellow steel producer Usiminas to a maximum of 5%.
