Northern European wire rod prices increase slightly
Northern European wire rod prices have increased this week due to some movement in the market, sources say. Participants, however, continue to expect values to be unstable for the remainder of the year due to low demand amid high costs of production.
“Demand continues to be weak, but there are some deals for low volumes, which have slightly influenced prices,” one buyer from the Netherlands tells Kallanish.
