NMDC hikes iron ore prices again
For the second consecutive time in the last 15 days, NMDC has hiked its iron ore prices for March domestic deliveries, amid the war in Ukraine which has caused huge uncertainty across the steel industry.
NMDC has increased quotes by INR 400/tonne ($5.22) each for 65.5% Fe, 6-40mm lump ore and 64% Fe up to 10mm fines. This follows the previous hike of INR 400/t for 65.5% Fe, 6-40mm lump ore and INR 300/t for 64% Fe up to 10mm fines.
