MinRes completes acquisition of Norwest
Australian miner Mineral Resources (MinRes) has completed the takeover of oil and gas firm Norwest Energy, Kallanish notes.
At close of the takeover offer period on 29 April 2023, MinRes had a relevant interest in 93.24% of Norwest shares.
Following completion of the compulsory acquisition process, MinRes has now acquired 100% of Norwest shares.
