Mexico’s auto production increases in October
Mexican car production and exports improved sequentially in October, while domestic sales were weaker, Kallanish notes. The industry’s performance remained strong year-on-year.
According to Asociación Mexicana de la Indústria Automotriz (Amia), October production increased by 11.6% month-on-month to 378,129 units and was 35.8% higher on-year.
