Metso Outotec agrees pellet plant supply to NMDC
Metso Outotec has signed a contract to supply India’s NMDC with an iron ore travelling grate pellet plant. The value of the order is approximately €24 million ($26.08m), Kallanish notes.
Metso’s scope of delivery includes installing a compact, three-meter-wide travelling grate pellet plant in Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh. The plant will produce up to 2 million tonnes/year of high-grade iron ore pellet after installation, which is expected to be complete…
