Chinese steel futures prices slumped again on Tuesday, with hot rolled coil falling by close to CNY 100/tonne ($14.71/t). Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel both decided to keep their July HRC list prices flat from June, but cut CRC and other flat products, Kallanish notes.
