LME launches two new HRC contracts
As anticipated, the London Metal Exchange (LME) has launched its two new HRC cash-settled contracts this week. This continues the expansion in the ferrous market initiated in 2015 with the launch of the rebar and scrap contracts, Kallanish learns from an exchange release.
The two new HRC contracts are the LME Steel HRC US EXW Indiana and LME Steel HRC fob Tianjin contracts. Prices will be provided by two different independant agencies.
