Kuwait rebar prices stable, market awaits direction
Kuwaiti mills have left their October-delivery rebar prices unchanged from September. The market maker is still at KD 184/tonne ($594), and the secondary mill, subject to quantities, is at KD 180-182/t, both loaded on truck and payable by LC on site.
Meanwhile, in the retail segment, local rebar is offered at KD 183-185/t delivered and against cash, of which the higher margin is for the benchmark mill. Imported rebar from Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates…
