Italian plate prices hike
Values are increasing in the Italian plate market, sources tell Kallanish.
In recent days, demand has become dynamic and producers are reporting a high level of orders, with prices hiking by €50-60/tonne ($54-65) compared to the beginning of November. This follows a long period of quiet and weak orders. The rising market trend is in line with the coil and derivates increases registered in the market over the past two weeks.
