Chinese mills leave flat steel offers unchanged
Major Chinese steel companies in different parts of the country have held their steel flat product ex-works offers unchanged for February to March. Spot flat steel prices have been relatively stable but are still trending down, leaving mills waiting for the market to accept their price increases for January.
