Chinese long steel export prices weaken further

China's construction steel market has fallen due to weak demand and negative impacts on sentiment. This has also led to a decline in export prices. Kallanish assessed 6.5mm diameter mesh-grade wire rod at $625/tonne fob China, down $10/t from a week ago.
