China to revise steel scrap standards

China is expected to revise scrap standards this year to boost scrap usage and suppress iron ore prices, Kallanish notes.
The China Iron & Steel Industry Association (CISA) will encourage electric arc furnace steelmaking and promote the development and utilisation of scrap steel resources this year.
