Brazil’s wire rod exports plunge in November
Brazilian wire rod exports fell in November, both on-month and on-year. Exports reached just 3,110 tonnes, which is 35.7% weaker than October’s 4,840t and 34.8% less y-o-y, according to the latest Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic) report monitored by Kallanish.
11-month shipments reached 48,372t, up by 1.2% compared to January-November 2021. The main destination for these was Latin America, with Argentina and Paraguay…
