BHP lowers FY24 BMA production guidance
Global miner BHP has lowered FY24 metallurgical coal production guidance for its joint venture BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA). The guidance is now expected to be between 21.5 million tonnes and 22.5mt (43mt and 45mt on a 100% basis), lowered from 23-25mt (46-50mt on a 100% basis), Kallanish notes.
