Growing exports, local consumption boost AMKR’s January output
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) increased production in January compared to the previous month, the company confirms to Kallanish.
The steelmaker hiked crude steel production by 23% on-month to 76,000 tonnes. Rolled steel production rose 26% to 72,000t. In January 2023, AMKR did not produce steel or rolled products due to limited electricity supply.
