Zenith Minerals regains control of Australian lithium assets

Australia-listed exploration company Zenith Minerals has regained full control of its key lithium assets in Western Australia, as a deal with EV Metals Group (EVM) was terminated on 10 January. The companies signed an agreement in January 2022 under which Zenith granted a subsidiary of EVM the opportunity to earn a 60% stake in the Split Rocks and Waratah Well lithium projects.
