European Lithium to buy Irish lithium project

Australia-listed European Lithium (EUR) is eyeing the development of lithium in Ireland to complement its portfolio and its Wolfsberg flagship operation in Austria. The company said in a note on Monday it will acquire 100% of UK-based Technology Metals with shares in its subsidiary Critical Metals Corp (CRML) – the owner of Wolfsberg.
