US may invest $250m in strategic African railroad project
The US International Development Finance Corp is studying a $250 million investment in a railroad project that could link copper mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia with the Atlantic Ocean deep-port port of Lobito in Angola, Kallanish reports.
