US court denies legal attempts to halt Lithium America’s Thacker Pass project
The US 9th District Court of Appeals decided on Monday to affirm a previous ruling to approve Lithium America’s Thacker Pass lithium mine in Nevada, rejecting attempts to overturn the approval.
