Avalon secures funding for Ontario lithium processing plant
Avalon Advanced Materials said Tuesday it has entered into a CAD 15 million ($11m) funding agreement with Lind Global Fund II, Kallanish reports.
The first drawdown for CAD 2.75m is expected to close within the next two weeks, with additional drawdowns to follow after further agreements by the parties. The Canadian lithium developer plans to use the initial funds to advance its planned lithium processing facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
