LITHIUM: Turkey starts lithium production
The first lithium carbonate used in battery manufacturing in Turkey has been produced at ETİ Mining Facilities in Eskisehir.
In the first stage, 10 tonnes of production will be made per year at the facility. Production is expected to gradually increase to 600 t in the following years.
The first lithium carbonate was produced in the pilot lithium production facility within the Technology Development Center.
