Thacker Pass lithium court fight moves to US appeals court
Opponents of the biggest lithium mine project in the United States argued their case on Monday before the US 9th District Court of Appeals with a decision expected in several months, Kallanish reports.
The California-based appeals court allowed construction to begin last March at Lithium America’s Thacker Pass project in northern Nevada near the Oregon-Nevada border, while the appeal is pending.
