Plug Power buys US cryogenic firm, creates JV to build Australian gigafactory
New York-based Plug Power, a major player in hydrogen development, has acquired Texas-based Applied Cryo Technologies to help boost green hydrogen infrastructure, an agreement with Fortescue Future Industries to create a joint venture to develop a gigafactory in Queensland, Australia, and a collaboration with Phillips 66 to develop low-carbon hydrogen business opportunities, Kallanish reports.
