Equinor buys stake in Standard Lithium’s US projects

Norwegian energy giant Equinor has committed up to $160 million to acquire a 45% stake in two US lithium projects developed by Standard Lithium. Combined, the South West Arkansas Project and East Texas properties cover over 180,000 acres with a target production of over 50,000 tonnes of lithium chemicals, Kallanish learns.
