NICKEL, COPPER: Russia’s January nickel, copper shipments increase, outlook cloudy
Russian nickel shipments and copper deliveries increased in January, according to the country’s latest federal customs data monitored by Kallanish.
Exports of unprocessed nickel reached 50,200 tonnes. In the same month a year earlier, supplies of this metal were practically non-existent. In monetary terms, shipments increased to $971.6 million.
